Terms of Service

1. Service Conditions

The engagement of services from Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service. All services will be rendered in accordance with a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW). The client agrees to furnish all necessary information, brand assets, and platform access required for Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC to perform its duties to the highest standard.

2. Timelines & Performance

Project milestones and timelines are delineated within the SOW. Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC is committed to adhering to these schedules. However, responsibility for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback, content, or approvals rests with the client. External factors, such as third-party platform algorithm changes or outages, are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of this agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Financial obligations are detailed in the SOW and corresponding invoices. Services are typically billed via a monthly retainer, with payment due upon receipt. Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC may require an initial deposit for project-based engagements. We reserve the right to assess interest on delinquent accounts and to suspend services until payment is rendered. Fees for services are non-refundable once a service period has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property provided by the client shall remain the client's exclusive property. All bespoke strategies, creative assets, and reports developed by Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC for the client will become the client's property upon full and final settlement of all outstanding invoices. Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC retains the right to display case studies and performance results in its portfolio, ensuring all client-sensitive data is anonymized.

5. Termination of Engagement

This agreement may be terminated by either party with prior written notice, the duration of which is specified in the SOW (typically 30 days). Upon termination, the client is liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date. Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC will ensure a smooth transition of all managed assets and data back to the client.

6. Legal Disclaimers

Services provided by Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC are based on professional expertise and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as digital marketing performance is subject to a multitude of external variables. Any projections provided are good-faith estimates. The total liability of Eric Meckel Psychotherapy LLC in connection with any claim is strictly limited to the fees paid by the client during the service period in which the claim arose.
